- It's mentioned that Caron Butler used to be a Laker,
- Someone observes that Shawn Marion has a wonky-looking jump shot,
- They show a clip of a Kobe Bryant game-winner, or

Don’t forget, it was only a round robin game. If it were the medal round and they lost to the US, then we’d be disappointed. We’re not the hockey-crazed fanatical lunatics that the American media portrays us as.
Obviously some lose it, but most are level headed and the disappointment surrounding a loss subsides with time – like all sports.
In any event, I’m enjoying this! We should have beaten the US, but Miller was the difference.

The Mavs aren’t playing well either. JJ Barea’s been horrible and Jason Kidd’s shot has been off the mark for the most part. They also haven’t figured out Bynum or Odom yet.
