Kings Waive Larry Hughes

SACRAMENTO, CA, February 23, 2010 ---- The Sacramento Kings today waived guard Larry Hughes. Hughes was acquired from the New York Knicks as part of a three-team trade on February 18, 2010, and did not appear in any contests with Sacramento.

The Kings roster now stands at 14.

Since the Lakers didn't trade Adam M.  I am seriously keeping an eye open for any players that are waived.  Which is why I'm posting this.  I would like to know how many of you think this would or wouldn't be a good idea.  Personally, I don't know much about him but with Luke out and Ammo pretty much just taking up space I think he would be a huge upgrade.  It all comes down to his attitude as far as taking a pay cut to play for a chance at a title.

Does he deserve a look or should the Lakers try and see if a better player is waived?
