In Part II, Lakers underboss Phil Jackson takes a meeting with Miami Heat boss PAT RAILLY three days before Christmas. They choose a public location and initially put on smiles to help disguise the grave nature of the business at hand. But the pleasantries don't last long on either man's part. . . .



Meanwhile, the players take up positions to assault and defend the Lakers' MONEY.
