Who?
Who are these ‘Blazers’ you speak of? I thought they moved to Oklahoma City or something…

For now the Cavs have a small lead but just as the Lakers lead went so can the Cavs lead so Cavs fans don’t get too happy, Lakers should of won last night anyway.
There are basic Fundamentals that are needed to move forward in this game. Always keep your guard up at all times to avoid being caught in a trap. Overcome the fouls that will be commited against you REBOUND AND PRESS ON. ADJUST to the LimeLight: ALL-STAR PLAYERS ARE ALWAYS THE CENTER OF ATTENTION. Know what your role is and play your position. Find a game plan and execute it. REMEMBER YOU ONLY GET OUT OF THE GAME WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT.

Stunning revelation there. Absolutely stunning. And you figured that out all by yourself, too.

You'd be surprised how many
people are saying the Cavs are gonna run away with the league. Even in light of the injuries.
CLE seems to have an easier schedule ahead of them now

They do
they have the most home games to end the season, which in my opinion is better than having more home games to start.
They play in the LEastern Conference
of course their entire schedule is easier than a western conference team
Who? That’s ridiculous, even if they were totally healthy. NO ONE is gonna ‘run away’ with anything this year.

My reasoning is if you say ‘HATER, HATERZ, or HAHAHAHAH’ or anything to that affect. Or any further ‘twitter eboncs’ you have lost your ‘common sense card.’

Based solely on the strength of schedules
http://www.boxscorebasketball.com/strength.htm
You would expect Cleveland and Orlando to pick up some wins relative to Los Angeles and Boston, who have a tougher schedule ahead than the games before today.
Not sure if that constitutes “running away with the league”, that’s for you to decide.

Even though i’m a cavs fan that made me laugh a little. But the point of it is true, best record in the league doesn’t necessarily make you the favorite to win a championship. And i still consider the lakers the number 1 team, you’re having some difficulties right now but there’s just too match talent on that team to be ignored.
Having said that, IMO the cavs are better than they were last year, we’re beating the good teams while dropping some games against beatable teams, which is better than the alternative. I also think we have the best chance of anybody in the east at beating the lakers in a 7 game series. Still, in my personal power rankings Lakers are 1st and Cavs are second, and that doesn’t change until you guys lose a 7 game series.
I’m not really sure about Boston…too many variables before any sort of playoff matchup might occur. I do feel like Cavs will have to go through them to make it this year.
I put it :
Lakers 1
Boston 2
Cavs 3
Nuggets 4
Magic 5
Hawks 6
Dallas 7
San Antonio 8
Houston 9
Phoenix 10

I know
its a stretch but as far as perfect scenarios go that is who I’m picking in a perfect scenario, minus injuries and all that.
Dallas/San Antonio/Houston are really close to call at the 8/9/10 though…

However any team within 3 rankings of each other seems to be perfectly capable of beating each other in a series. Should be damn interesting…this year is really, really tough to call.

id put san antonio a lot higher.
They are having some chemistry problems and players underachieving but should they get it together in time, they will be a pain in the ass.

The difference in the expressions between Kobe and Lebron are kinda funny.
Pain and indifference.
Billy Mac: "Lamar, can you see yourself actually getting in the (boxing) ring"?
Lamar Odom: "No. My face is too pretty."
This one
Is what I would call “below board”. How do I delete?
It’s not that bad, but not the road I want to go down.

what is with your affixiation to hinting at sexual relations between Kobe and Bron?
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
I don’t have an ‘affixiation’ OR an ‘affixation,’ it’s in reference to the article posted on Fear the Sword about kobe and the lakers being Lebron’s b*tch.

How about this statistic....
Pace adjusted free throws per point in the paint.
According to teamrankings.com we are 5th in points in the paint, but 21st in free throws attempted. Also we play at a fairly high pace.
Doesn’t sound like pro-Lakers league bias to me.
Billy Mac: "Lamar, can you see yourself actually getting in the (boxing) ring"?
Lamar Odom: "No. My face is too pretty."
Not sure how to do this as a Fanpost so sorry about the large picture.
Here is a spreadsheet showing all NBA teams points in the paint, free throws per game, and differential between the two. Also each are ranked according to differential. I did not adjust for pace because I am showing differential which would not change by pace (both numbers would go up or down equally so differential would remain the same).
Not sure exactly what this means, but Memphis is first and Nuggets are last. Maybe this means Nuggets are more aggressive or maybe they get the benefit of the most calls. Call it the Screw factor or the Aggression factor I suppose. Let me know what you think the numbers suggest to you.

Billy Mac: "Lamar, can you see yourself actually getting in the (boxing) ring"?
Lamar Odom: "No. My face is too pretty."
No matter how you look at it, I just don't see how the Lakers....
“get all of the calls”. According to the chart we get “screwed” at the 4th highest rate in the league.
Also interesting to note that if you add up points in the paint and free throw attempts per game (usually the two most efficient ways to score), Denver has a whopping 83.5. Next highest is Memphis at 79.4.
Lakers are only 68.3. =(

maybe you should get out of the bushes and away from the crickets....
I have never claimed ANY team bias. I think a league conspiracy toward any team is ridiculous. However ask Denver fans that same question and…………………….well you get the picture.
Billy Mac: "Lamar, can you see yourself actually getting in the (boxing) ring"?
Lamar Odom: "No. My face is too pretty."
I was joking…I meant that you claim to be a Cavs fan you get the ‘NBA wants Lebron to win.’
