Drunk Guy in Sombrero Says Lakers Are Fine

Here at SS&R, we strive to bring you the world's finest coverage of and commentary on the Lakers. Some days that means in-depth scouting breakdowns of the team and its opponents. Some days it means advanced quantitative analysis or an informed discourse on salary-cap mechanics and possible roster moves.

And on certain special occasions - those days when your diety of preference is smiling down on us - it means a video of a shirtless dude delivering a three minute soliloquy on the Laker offseason in between delicious, thirst-quenching 40's.

This is perfectly safe for work, unless your place of employment OBJECTS TO AWESOMENESS.

wow. best lakers analyst ever?

its not about money

if it was Lamar would have signed already. Miami or dallas’ mid level exception won’t be anymore than buss’s 4 year offer. Except their offer pays around the same money for 5 years. Unless Portland or some other team steps up, Lamar will be leaving for about the same money as he was offered by the Lakers. But hey ! his agent showed the Lakers they couldn’t mess with him ! Another sleazeball like David lee who sold their client out for pride.
How much Money will Lamar lose by not being in LA? No championship money, no Hollywood deals and probably far less in endorsement money. He might make out in real estate, but would you rather live in Malibu or Dallas fricken Texas ? I have been to Dallas and it sucks. Miami isn’t much better. They get hot like the IE only with humidity.
If Lamar leaves, the Lakers won’t have a cakewalk to the championship but they will still be the favorites to win it all. Artest will have to fit in and Drew will have to grow up and show that he is worth 12 million a year.

darn skippy....

Drew needs to stay healthy and show his maturity!

I don't do it for your thanks, I do it because I had a calling, but I do love the support you give me and my Soldiers.

The only thing just as awesome as a show done between two 40s

Is a show done between two ferns.

If Lamar Odom goes

I think I will have to link that dude to help him finish those bottles.

I went through a few bottles of vodka after I heard of the Trevor Ariza trade, i’m still bummed about it and don’t want to imagine how I would feel if we lost LO as well.

Outstanding

Yo Clyde, that was simply perfect!!! I love listening to a die hard Laker fan (like myself, of course) speak the truth! If Lamar wants to go back to Miami for less money, than so be it!!! He will be making the worst mistake of his life!!! C’mon L.O., come to your senses and sign that contract!!! Dr. Buss has been more than reasonable with his offers (4 yrs/$36 million or 3 yrs/ $30 million), and according to the Miami Post, the Heat are offering less (5 yrs/ $35 million). It doesn’t make any sense!!!

LMAO

Funny, right to the point, that was great Laker off season insight.

There are basic Fundamentals that are needed to move forward in this game. Always keep your guard up at all times to avoid being caught in a trap. Overcome the fouls that will be commited against you REBOUND AND PRESS ON. ADJUST to the LimeLight: ALL-STAR PLAYERS ARE ALWAYS THE CENTER OF ATTENTION. Know what your role is and play your position. Find a game plan and execute it. REMEMBER YOU ONLY GET OUT OF THE GAME WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT.

Those look like Colt 45s

Could also just be regular Bud or Bud Ice 40s though.

This man knows everything. I think he might be Jesus Christ

Blasphemous!

Jesus would never choose Bud Ice over the Colt.
