On Bynum's recent criticism
As much as I hate to talk about Bynum and his lack of effort I’m glad the media is finally starting to comment on it. His past injuries excuse is getting outdated. Kobe has been the most ridiculed Laker in recent history, Shaq was held accountable for his poor free throw shooting. So why not Bynum? Maybe that will get him to move his ass. If Kobe and Shaq have felt the wrath of the media it’s time for Bynum to experience some of that.

Phil Jackon's interaction with Vitti regarding Kobe's elbow
"At one time, I asked (Head Athletic Trainer) Gary Vitti to check with him in a time out," said Jackson. "He came back and said, ‘If I tell you that he can’t play, he’s going to break my arm.’"
