I was out all day and missed it and by the score, I know the Lakers played terrible

There are basic Fundamentals that are needed to move forward in this game. Always keep your guard up at all times to avoid being caught in a trap. Overcome the fouls that will be commited against you REBOUND AND PRESS ON. ADJUST to the LimeLight: ALL-STAR PLAYERS ARE ALWAYS THE CENTER OF ATTENTION. Know what your role is and play your position. Find a game plan and execute it. REMEMBER YOU ONLY GET OUT OF THE GAME WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT.

It was fun to see the Forum again on TV. Like Stu I think said, it was actually more exciting to see the building empty than when the smallish crowd showed – don’t think there were many in the upper decks.

But, after watching the old vids of Magic, championships, etc. it was a let down to watch the Lakers’ poor showing in the pre-season game. And freakin’ Steven Jackson got 2-3 quick fouls and then lost his cool and had 5 fouls in the 1st quarter. Then he argued with Nellie and spent the rest of the game in the locker room – or maybe he had somewhere to go.

Oh well, it is only preseason.

We now return to another Lakers dynasty - already in progress. October 2009

It was almost comedic to see Stephen Jackson's head explode

And Kobe just kept getting under his skin by playing tough defense. The more Kobe got feisty, the more Jackson would get irritated.
