he fell on the side diving for a ball and a warriors player (not sure if it was jackson) tried to help him up and he just go up and ran past him as he wasnt there.

the thing I don't like with the refs is that they seem to call every foul call against the Lakers but

The Lakers believe very strongly in preventative ice. Bynum shot the ball a lot so they are icing his arm.
